WHY SHOULD I CREATE A FREE ACCOUNT WITH ACUITY SCHEDULING (YWCA HUNTERS BOOKING SOFTWARE) SYSTEM?
• You can view, and reschedule where necessary, all upcoming classes with 48 hours notice [as long as you used the same identifying information or were logged into your Acuity Scheduling account at the time of booking].
• Your name, phone number, and email address will be pre-filled when you schedule your next class(es) [as long as you are logged in].
• You will have the option of saving your credit card information.

HOW DO I CREATE A FREE ACCOUNT WITH ACUITY SCHEDULING (YWCA HUNTERS BOOKING SOFTWARE)
• Open ywcahunter.as.me
• Click on “Sign Up”
• Enter email and password
• Click “Sign Up”

HOW DO I RESCHEDULE A CLASS?
• Log in to your account using email and password you created.
• Click on the orange circle icon at top right.
• Click on “Appointments”
• Click on “Reschedule” underneath the class you’d like to reschedule and choose date you’d like to swap to.
• Click “Done”.
• Note: Classes can only be rescheduled up to 48 hours prior to class start time. Classes can only be swapped to the same class style (eg Thursday SheStrength can be swapped to a future Thursday SheStrength class)

• Enter your email address here: https://acuityscheduling.com/forgotpass.php
• You will receive an email, follow prompts.

HOW TO CREATE A SHORTCUT TO MY PHONES HOMESCREEN:
Here’s how to create an “app” for our booking site ywcahunter.as.me onto your device, allowing you to access directly from your home screen.

Iphone
• Open Safari.
• Open ywcahunter.as.me
• Click the Share button on the bottom of the page. It looks like a square with an arrow pointing out of the top.
• In the list of options that appear, scroll down until you see Add to Home Screen. Tap this.
• Choose a name “YWCA Hunter” for the shortcut on your home screen.
• Click Add when you’re done.

Android
• Open ywcahunter.as.me
• Click 3 dots at top right of screen
• Click “Add to Home Screen”.
• You will now see a blue icon on your home page.
