YWCA Hunter is seeking passionate, community-minded leaders to join our Board.

For over 104 years, YWCA Hunter has supported women, families and communities across the Hunter. One of our key priorities is growing ENCORE, our nationally recognised breast cancer recovery program, so more women can access the support they need after breast cancer treatment.

We're particularly interested in hearing from people who:

✅ Live in the Hunter Region
✅ Have experience on community committees or working groups
✅ Are business leaders or experienced board members
✅ Are passionate about making a difference in their local community

PROGRAM COORDINATOR (CASUAL)

Casual | Approx. 1 day per week | Flexible Hybrid

Are you organised, proactive and passionate about making a difference in your community?

YWCA Hunter is looking for a Program Coordinator to support the delivery of our impactful community programs, including our nationally recognised ENCORE breast cancer recovery program.

In this flexible hybrid role, you'll be the person helping keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes: coordinating program logistics, managing participant enrolments, liaising with facilitators and participants, maintaining records and statistics, and ensuring every program experience is positive and well organised.

This position currently offers approximately one day per week, with opportunities for additional hours as our programs continue to grow.
