Suitable for: SheStrength is designed for all women (or non-binary), from beginners to those with more experience.

What to wear: Comfortable clothing such as active wear and joggers.
BYO: Sweat towel and water bottle. You’re welcome to bring your own weights and/or yoga mat if you prefer.
