  • Wonderful Tai Chi program led by Lorraine on a Friday morning. As a beginner, I find this class very inclusive and welcoming. Good for body and mind equally. Also, it's amazing to see everyone's progress over time, as even when we think we know a technique, then we start on the path to perfecting it, which we can see, and is very rewarding.
