A 2-hour Empowerment Workshop in self-defence, confidence and strength!

Participants will learn to:

  • Build confidence and assertiveness in various situations

  • Trust and apply their intuition to enhance personal safety

  • Project their voice with strength and clarity

  • Apply practical self-defence skills, including effective distance management

    Session: 2-hour Self-Defence Empowerment Workshop

    Facilitator: Sensei Kelie Fisher, Hunter Valley Martial Arts.

    Sensei Kelie is a black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, first degree black belt in Hunter Fight Fit, and third degree black belt in Chiokai karate.

    Suitable for: Female students in Year 6 & High School

    Capacity: 20 participants
