Nope! Our classes are flexible. You can book one at a time or multiple sessions in advance.
There are no joining fees and no lock-in commitment — just pay as you go.
While pay-as-you-go options are available, we encourage participants to enroll for the full term. The course is designed as a progressive learning program, with each class building upon the previous week to support steady development and a deeper understanding of the practice.

We recommend bringing a water bottle and a sweat towel. If any special equipment is needed (like mats or balls), it will be provided unless otherwise stated.
