Thank You, Maitland City Council, for Supporting ENCORE
YWCA Hunter Region would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Maitland City Council for their generous $1,500 grant in support of ENCORE.
This funding will go towards our Term 1, 2027 Maitland ENCORE program, helping us continue to provide this important eight-week program free of charge for women following breast cancer treatment.
ENCORE supports women through gentle exercise, education, relaxation and connection, providing a welcoming space to rebuild strength and confidence while connecting with others who understand the breast cancer journey.
Support from local organisations like Maitland City Council plays an important role in helping us continue to deliver ENCORE and make sure cost isn’t a barrier for women who want to participate.
We’re incredibly grateful for the support of our local community and the organisations who believe in the difference ENCORE makes.
