I love living at the YWCA building in Newcastle. It is so close to all the good shopping and food place. To have no car is perfectly ok as I can walk to the University City campus. And I can do so on my own at night as it is quick. The people are very lovely here also. Very friendly and helpful with all things. Also lots of things happening around here all the time so never get lonely and only sometimes homesick.

The top floor of the grand old building in Dawson St, Cooks Hill is home to five female residents.
The location is ideal for many, with close proximity to beaches, Newcastle University city campus as well as cosmopolitan Darby Street.
