SheStrength offers an aerobic workout featuring a mix of hand weights, resistance bands, and body weight exercises.
- Term 2 – Mondays – 28 April–30 June 2025
Thursdays – 1 May-3 July 2025 - $13.50 per class
Chair Yoga is a perfect class for seniors or those who are less agile, as well as others who are active yoga participants.

Tai Chi is particularly effective in improving arthritic stiffness and developing better balance.
- Term 2 – Fridays – 2 May–4 July 2025
- $13.50 per class
Encore is an eight week program designed specifically for women who have experienced breast cancer at any time in their life. Incorporating exercises, relaxation techniques and information. It is safe, fun and therapeutic.
