Lights, Camera… ENCORE!

The YWCA Hunter Region had the pleasure of hosting a film crew at Maitland Park to capture the magic of our ENCORE program. NBN News also visited, and we featured on Monday 23 March 2026 NBN News.

ENCORE has expanded to 5 locations, and there are currently 60 women on our waitlist, highlighting the high demand and importance of this program.

Our goal with this feature is to shine a light on ENCORE, reach more women who could benefit, and connect with supporters and funders to help the program grow even further.
