ENCORE Returns to West Wallsend in 2026

YWCA Hunter Region is so excited to be returning to West Wallsend with another round of our life-changing ENCORE program.

ENCORE supports women to gently rebuild strength, restore mobility and improve overall wellbeing in a safe, supportive and understanding environment. Just as importantly, it creates space for connection. Bringing together women who truly understand each other’s journeys.

Over eight weeks, participants will engage in gentle, evidence-informed aquatic and land based exercise designed to support recovery following breast cancer treatment. The program focuses on improving flexibility, strength and confidence, while also providing valuable education and peer support.
