ENCORE Registrations Now Open for West Wallsend Term 4
YWCA Hunter Region is excited to announce that ENCORE is returning to West Wallsend in October, with registrations now open.
Designed specifically for women recovering from breast cancer, ENCORE helps participants gently rebuild strength, improve mobility and regain confidence through evidence-informed exercise, education and peer support. Just as importantly, the program provides a welcoming space to connect with other women who understand the recovery journey.
West Wallsend ENCORE Term 4
🗓 When: Thursdays, 15 October–3 December 2026
⏰ Time: 12:15pm–2:30pm
📍 Where: West Wallsend Swim Centre
🆓 Cost: FREE
Over eight weeks, participants will enjoy gentle land and pool-based exercise, relaxation and educational sessions designed to support recovery after breast cancer treatment. The program focuses on improving flexibility, strength and overall wellbeing while fostering friendships and a supportive community.
